At Good Samaritan\, he previously led key initiatives\, including the development of the Victor Farris Surgery Center\, sterile processing department\, and freestanding emergency department. He also launched strategic programs such as the genetics initiative and the Lilly Pulitzer partnership for maternity services. Most recently\, Champoux served as COO of Palmetto General Hospital\, where he enhanced patient satisfaction\, reduced costs through lean methodologies\, and oversaw all ancillary and support services. His prior leadership roles also include COO at North Shore Medical Center and Assistant CEO at Shore Point Health. Champoux holds dual master's degrees in healthcare administration and international business from the University of Florida.\n\n\n\n\n\nChris Ebert\n\n\n\nChris Ebert is a proven healthcare and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience bringing innovative solutions to market across senior living\, home health\, home care and internet-based services. He has helped define and scale AI-powered ambient caregiving platforms adopted by leading care providers\, health systems\, and strategic partners across North America and Europe.\n\n\n\nChris has held senior roles in both Fortune 100 companies and early-stage ventures\, leading go-to-market strategy\, sales\, business development\, and product innovation across AgeTech\, HealthTech\, AI\, IoT\, and SaaS. He has consistently built strategic partnerships across health systems\, EHR platforms\, senior care operators\, telecom providers\, consulting firms and AgeTech/HealthTech OEMs to launch scalable\, revenue-generating services.\n\n\n\nWith deep expertise in connected care ecosystems and HCBS transformation\, Chris brings a strong track record of aligning market needs with emerging technology. He is passionate about applying innovation to improve care delivery and quality of life for older adults\, individuals with disabilities\, and the families who support them.\n\n\n\n\n\nMichael Branch\n\n\n\nMichael Branch is an Executive Director at MorseLife Health System and a luxury hospitality and operations leader with a background spanning premier resorts\, transportation\, and senior living innovation. He spent a decade in Las Vegas\, including serving as a Resort Manager on the Las Vegas Strip\, where he led large-scale teams and complex operations in high-volume\, luxury environments. He later played a key role in the transformation of Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa into an independent Forbes Five-Star property\, helping establish the operational structure and service culture that elevated the resort to elite status. Branch went on to serve as General Manager for Brightline\, overseeing West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale stations operations and guest experience across South Florida.
