He later played a key role in the transformation of Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa into an independent Forbes Five-Star property\, helping establish the operational structure and service culture that elevated the resort to elite status. Branch went on to serve as General Manager for Brightline\, overseeing West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale stations operations and guest experience across South Florida.
