He previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works\, Associate Director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality\, and Federal Director of Everglades Restoration. At WGI\, he guides annual business development planning across divisions and leads the firm's Crisis Management Team. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology and a Master of Science in Biology from Austin Peay State University.
