DESCRIPTION:The musical comedy with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and the book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice features show-stopping numbers\, impressive special effects and lots of laughs.\n\nThe play tells the original story of Wednesday Addams falling in love with a respectable young man\, Lucas Beineke\, who her parents have never met. She confides in her father\, Gomez\, and asks him to keep her romance a secret from her mother\, Morticia . Eventually\, a dinner is hosted at the family's macabre mansion where unexpected events occur and life is forever changed for both the ghoulish Addams and normal Beineke families.\n\nRosarian Academy's cast and crew of talented young artists and performers is led by Theatre Arts Director Robert Sherman\, with choreography by Jeanne Bennet and musical direction by Gay Dedo. The set is professionally designed by Dean Landhuis.\n\nThe Addams Family performances are Friday\, April 27 at 7:30 PM and Saturday\, April 28 at 2:00 PM at 807 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Tickets are $6 for students and $12 for adults and can be purchased at ra.booktix.com. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Box Office on the days of the performance for $12.
