Name: 2017 Culinary Creations benefiting Quantum House
Date: June 5, 2017
Time: 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
The American Culinary Federation Palm Beach County Chefs Association will hold its Culinary Creations dinner on Monday, June 5, 2017, in the Cohen Pavilion at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. This spectacular dish-centric dinner, inspired by some of the region’s most talented chefs, will benefit Quantum House and The American Culinary Federation PBC Chef Association.  Culinary Creations celebrates the extraordinary talents of some of the finest chefs in South Florida, including the event chairperson Chef Jeff Simms. A featured chef at the 2016 Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, Chef Simms serves as the Executive Chef of Banquets at The Breakers Palm Beach, and is the acting First Vice President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
Different from other food and wine events in Palm Beach County, guests can expect the complete package beginning with a marvelous champagne reception featuring mouth-watering hors d ‘oeuvres. The once-in-a-lifetime dinner features four courses served round robin style so
guests have the opportunity to experience a dish from each of the twenty-five chefs. The all-star lineup includes:
-          Echo
-     The Bears Club
-          The Everglades Club
-          Delray Sands Resort
-          Boca Lago Country Club
-          High Ridge Country Club
-          Artful Desserts
-          Many more!
The “foodie” themed evening flows into the silent auction where guests can bid on private chef dinners, wine tastings and other items that speak to the luxurious side in all of us. The diners will leave with a full stomach and a full heart because 100% of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit deserving charities.
