In this session, we will review the business advantages to recruiting and employing neurodiverse candidates.
Featuring FordHarrison and Potentia Academy
This session will also cover potential reasonable accommodations, and the requirements of the interactive process pursuant to disability law. Finally, we will discuss practical tips for improving performance management in the workplace.
