Join Michelle Wilson, Certified Eating Psychology Coach and Gus Castellanos, MD as they present an "Eating with Mindfulness" Workshop.
Please join us to:
- Learn how mindfulness heals emotional eating, binge-eating, extra weight and chronic dieting
- Gain freedom from the suffering of weight concerns through mindfulness
- Practice mindful eating: Please bring your favorite snack to the Workshop!
- Use mindfulness to understand and uncover WHY you eat
- Find that it is possible to enjoy food again
