New managers, and some seasoned managers, sometimes have issues with good oral communications with their teams and their supervisors. How many times do you wish they would get to the point, speak clearly, listen better, and just be overall better communicators? 

 

Train your managers to be effective communicators or refresh your own capabilities! Managers will learn how to build a framework for improving oral communications and enhancing leadership skills as well as developing and presenting information to either organizations, decision makers, VIPs, or their own team.
