Elite Stor Opens New Storage Facility in West Palm Beach, FL
 
West Palm Beach, FL  — Elite Stor will be opening its fourth self-storage facility in Florida this month. The company’s newest location at 1016 Clare Avenue #3, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 is a 2 story, 20,000 square ft. climate controlled facility with a 250 commercial and residential unit mix. What’s interesting about this particular facility is that it’s actually a conversion of what used to be a Serta Mattress warehouse. The newly converted building features computerized, electronic access, freight elevators and a sprinkler system throughout. The property will also have Elite Stor’s Vineyard Vault™ offering state-of-the-art wine storage lockers for maintaining ideal temperatures and humidity.  The Vineyard Vault is supported by a back-up generator system and can accommodate an ample supply of wine cases. 
 
The facility is located in downtown West Palm Beach within close proximity to City Place. The surrounding area is full of cultural venues, restaurants and businesses that attract plenty of visitors and families each year. With a growing population of over 65,000 within a 3 mile radius, Elite Stor hopes to target those families and residents who are likely to require additional storage space. Plans are already underway for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled to take place with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of The Palm Beaches on May 7, 2015 at 12 noon. The event promises those in attendance plenty of food, giveaways and prizes throughout the day.
