Dr. John Hinson, orthopedic surgeon will speak about “Rotator Cuff Tears: Symptoms, Diagnosis, and Treatment”.
John Hinson, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon on staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Dr. Hinson is trained in all aspects of orthopedic care and specializes in traumatic and degenerative conditions of the shoulder and elbow. His interests include arthroscopic surgery, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability procedures, and shoulder replacement including reverse total shoulder replacement. Further interests include care of the throwing athlete and the high demands these athletes place on their shoulders. Dr. Hinson attended Medical School at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Georgia and his fellowship at St. Francis Shoulder Institute in Columbus, Georgia.
