Description
We can all communicate, but sometimes we have seen others that do not do an effective job of it. Many times, others get into hidden agendas, push “emotional” buttons or talk about taboo topics. Amazingly it is very easy to get it wrong. With just a little training and awareness, it is very possible to provide the right stimulus and response in almost any conversation to keep it going forward and effective.
