BIO
Pamela is as "audacious" as the women she profiles in her new book, The Audacious Woman's Branding Guide. Pamela is from Jamaica and her husband is from Haiti. They met, got married and raised their family in the Chicago suburbs. They have been married for 44 years and counting. They have two adult children: Tamara and Gabriel Jr., and three adorable granddaughters.

When they moved to Florida and were in search of a spiritual center (both had a traditional religious upbringing), they found Unity on the Bay in Miami. Upon building a new home in Wellington View in 2005, they found Unity of the Palm Beaches. Pamela spent 38 years in corporate America with large companies like AT&T, Phillips North America and Mercer HR Consulting, where she held different positions such as HR Senior Vice-President and Director of Customer Relations.

Several years ago, Pamela made a bold move in transforming her career when she left her high-paying corporate career to form her own company, Ultimate Image Coach. She decided to follow her passion to coach professionals on the soft skills and best practices needed to succeed in the business world. "We Polish...You Shine" is her company's motto and commitment. She works with clients to create a compelling personal brand, radiate a powerful image, believe in themselves and become as audacious as the many woman she has profiled in her soon-to-be-published book.
