June Breakfast: Personalized Medicine: Redefining Cancer and Its Treatment
As Medical Director of the Comprehensive Breast Care Program at Jupiter Medical Center, Dr. Nancy Taft leads the multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality, most compassionate care. Today, they are using advances in molecular science and genetics to tailor cancer treatments, as well as prevention strategies, to the unique characteristics of each person.
A fellowship trained breast surgeon, Dr. Taft is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve where she served as a trauma surgeon caring for our soldiers wounded on the battlefields in Afghanistan.
