Vic & Angelo's in Delray Beach is hosting a fantastic wine dinner featuring wines from Livernano/Casalvento. Laura Butcher, a representative from Livernano/Casalvento, and Executive Chef Erick Miranda will walk the group through the tasting. Space is limited to 35 people.
When: Thurs., June 27th starting at 7:30 pm
Cost: $75 (tax & gratuity are additional).

APPETIZER: Pan-Seared Diver Scallops with baby spinach, wild mushrooms, diced tomatoes, basil & white truffle butter sauce paired with 2011 Livernano L'Anima
SALAD: Crispy Iceberg Wedge with crumbled gorgonzola, red onion, cherry tomatoes, crispy pancetta & balsamic honey dressing paired with 2008 Casalvento Chianti Classico
ENTREE: Crispy Half Long Isand Duck with sweet potatoes, crispy vegetables & balsamic reduction
paired with 2008 Casalvento Janus
DESSERT: Cheesecake with berry coulis & whipped cream paired with Casalvento "The Dream"
