Sole Mio Kitchen & Bar is Boynton Beach’s newest dining destination, blending Italian warmth with Florida soulfulness. Formerly Nicoletta’s Restaurant & Pizzeria, our restaurant has been completely reimagined with a fresh interior, an elevated “Floritalian” menu, and a renewed focus on heartfelt hospitality. Guests can enjoy seasonal coastal Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and crafted cocktails in a warm, stylishly relaxed setting.
