Come enjoy the “Sizzler”! Meet our Blind Chefs and support the Beyond Blind Institute (BBI). Empowering the Visually Impaired at Blinding Speed!

EVENT:

Spoto’s Oyster Bar/BBI One of kind Cook-Off with 3 Sighted Executive Chefs accompanied by 2 blind BBI Chefs each. Event will include live and silent auction.

Date: Sunday May 17^th, 2015

Time: 3pm to 6pm

Location: Spoto’s Oyster Bar 4560 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens.

Tickets: Go to www.beyondblind.org to purchase a two tickets $45.00. Single ticket $25.00 which includes:

·         Glass of wine
·         BBQ Bacon wrapped shrimp
·         Asian Pot Stickers
·         Crab Cake appetizer

Culinary Live Auction:

A delicious entree prepared by each of the 3 teams will be auctioned off and the team with highest bidder for their entrée wins the Cook-Off! The winners of the auctioned entrée’s will enjoy their entrée with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The Chef’s will prepare the following three entrées:

1.    Sesame Seared Tuna / mango papaya and soy ginger
2.    Onion Crusted Yellowtail Snapper/roasted garlic cream sauce
3.    Bouillabaisse Mahi lobster, littleneck clams and mussels in tomato leeks.
