Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) litigation continues to churn and won’t settle down anytime soon. Now, at 6-months into this new Administration, we’ll take (brief) look at where we’ve been and, more importantly, where we’re headed with compensation, classifications and the FLSA in general.
