(a/k/a “The Why’s and Wherefores of Discipline and Documentation”)
Hiring an employee is tough enough. Separating an employee is tougher and you can’t make it up as you go along (yes, there is a story behind the title of this session!). Learn the whys and wherefores of discipline and documentation. And, in the framework of the underlying unlawful reasons for separation in an at-will state – discrimination and retaliation – you’ll learn how best to exit an employee.
