Description
This month's speaker is Jennifer O'Flannery Anderson, Vice President, Advancement & Community Relations at NOVA Southeastern University. Jennifer, the 2017 ATHENA Leadership Award recipient, will be speaking about the ATHENA Tenet 'Fierce Advocacy.'
The Chamber hosts the ATHENA International Awards Luncheon each year in September. The ATHENA Leadership Award is presented to a woman, or man, who is honored for attaining professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their achievement of professional excellence and leadership skills.
The Women in Business Committee meets the second Thursday of every month in the Chamber Board Room at 12:00 pm. Their mission is to recognize women as valued leaders of the community through the ATHENA Award program. For more information,contact Marissa Kosiec at mkosiec@palmbeaches.org.
