YMCA of the Palm Beaches offers FREE "Healthy Meals on a Budget" Cooking Class

Chef Michelle Jones will be at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches on Monday, August 19 at 11 a.m. for a free  cooking class, which is part of the ?Healthy Meals on a Budget? series of programs, sponsored by Simply Healthcare. As part of ?Healthy Meals on a Budget,? Chef Jones will be showing attendees how to whip up healthy meals while teaching the many benefits of food ingredients and nutrition and how it correlates to better health.
 
In addition to the cooking demonstration from Chef Jones, attendees will receive free kitchens items, such as oven mitts or measuring cups, from Simply Healthcare.
