Jim Adkins is President of CEO Focus of Palm Beaches, LLC. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1981 and then went on to a long career in the Air Force as a leader, engineer, metallurgist, project/program manager, and acquisition officer. He retired from his government service in 1996. His first commercial endeavor was with General Motors/Delphi Packard-Electric and GM/Delphi Chassis as a Senior Buyer. Since 2002, Jim has gone on to successfully use his personal brand to lead, guide, improve and work in several industries including construction, lawn/termite service, fastener, automotive, electronics and jet engine businesses. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Jason Aube is BB&T’s Market President for Palm Beach County. In 2010, he was asked to lead the newly formed South Florida Region of 70 branches as the Regional Retail Banking Manager for BB&T. In February 2013, Jason was promoted to the role of Market President for Palm Beach County. After transitioning into the role of Market President for Broward County in November 2014, he had the opportunity to return to Palm Beach County as Market President in September 2017. Jason graduated from The University of Mount Olive and has an MBA from East Carolina University. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Al is the principal partner of Dunamis Capital Consulting. Al’s expertise envelopes retirement planning, insurance, and investments. He has held roles with hedge funds and high network clientele; managed accounts/mutual funds distribution; investment banking; and municipal retirement plans. His professional financial designations are CRC® Certified Retirement Counselor – Texas Tech University and CRPS® Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist from the College for Financial Planning. Al is a FINRA Securities member and a registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) along with FL-215 licensure.
John J. Bowers is a Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager at TD Bank. In his position, John’s focus is supporting the financing and banking needs of Commercial and Middle-Market businesses in South Florida. A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, John is very active in his community and has served on the boards of various non-profit organizations. He currently volunteers his time at the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence and St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church. John’s professional associations include the Palm Beach Young Professionals, Young Professionals of Wellington, and the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. John serves as a Board member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
As the Executive Producer of the award-winning feature, Better Mus Come, Samantha R. Bratter was part of a team that saw this independent film win 10 official selections at international film festivals. She served as VP of Development for The Miami Foundation, the largest Philanthropic Community Foundation in South Florida. Samantha is now the Director of Client Services & Operations for BRATTER PA, an internationally recognized Immigration Law Firm. She recently served on the production team as an Executive Producer of the documentary, “The Black Line.” Samantha currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Joshua P. Bratter, Esq is the founder of BRATTER PA, a full-service international Immigration Law Firm assisting clients from around the world in their corporate and individual immigration matters. Specializing for over 20 years in exclusive immigration representation for Athletes, Entrepreneurs, Entertainers, Artists and IT Professionals, Attorney Bratter earned his B.A. at Hamilton College and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He currently serves as the official Immigration Counsel to many companies and organizations and has worked at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs in Washington DC and for the Organization of American States. Attorney Bratter currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
In addition to her work with First Citizens Bank, Sally has long been involved in the community volunteering for nearly thirty years. Some of the organizations she has dedicated her time to include, The March of Dimes, The D.A.R.E. program of the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and Junior Achievement.
Joe Chase is a shareholder and business and corporate attorney with the Gunster law firm. In addition to assisting clients with their day-to-day business law needs, Joe has handled numerous complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He is the chair-elect of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He also serves on the board of governors of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and the board of directors of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches. Joe was previously with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of Harvard University and Vanderbilt University Law School. At Vanderbilt, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Joe lives in a historic home in West Palm Beach's El Cid neighborhood with his wife, Alex, and their son, Joe, Jr.
Brian T. Cheguis is Principal Planner at iPlan & Design and has worked as a land use planner in South Florida for more than 17 years. Mr. Cheguis has served as a Palm Beach County Public Art Committee Member and is currently a member of the Downtown Action Committee for the City of West Palm Beach. Volunteer commitments include serving as an active Board Member of Northwood Village Mainstreet, which is committed to advancing the success of Northwood Village in West Palm Beach. Mr. Cheguis possesses an Architectural Technology Diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Directed Interdisciplinary Studies from Carleton University.
Robert Fashano founded Alliance Advisory Group, Inc. in 1979, a regional financial services company with offices in Upstate New York .He recently transitioned the company to his son. Several years ago he formed an Executive Coaching firm with offices in Juno Beach. He resides in Jupiter with his wife Patty of 50+years.Bob is a graduate of the Center for Executive Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He is also a certified facilitator of the John Maxwell Company. He also is a Chair of Vistage Fla. a peer group Chief Executive Program. Bob is a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, a member of Christ Fellowship Church, a member of the Palm Beach Yacht Club and the Jupiter Country Club. He and Patty have 2 children and 6 granchildren.
Brian Fitzgerald founded Capital Partners in 1982, along with the participation of management and principals from companies he previously acquired. Prior to founding Capital Partners, he was a General Partner of Industrial Capital Group, a diversified acquisition and investment holding company. Before his tenure at Industrial Capital Group, he held senior positions at General Electric Co. and The Vencap Group, a corporate development and acquisition firm. Brian began his career at Kidder, Peabody as an Investment Banking Associate. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard and a B.A. from Princeton. Brian currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
C. Robin Galanti is the Director of Business Development for Moss & Associates. Ms. Galanti earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, she worked for FPL in West Palm Beach as well as Edwards & Zuck, PC and McGraw-Hill Construction in New York City. After returning to West Palm Beach, she worked for The Morganti Group before joining Moss in 2017. She is active in organizations including the Business Development Board, Quantum House, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Grow for Good, Save the Chimps, and the Leadership program of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Jordan Goldman is the Vice President of Business Development at Castle Group. In his present role, he leads the company’s branding, marketing and growth initiatives. Jordan brings more than a decade of real estate development, construction and management experience to Castle. Prior to joining Castle Group, he held several leadership positions for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and is also a Licensed Community Association Manager.
George joined Primerica after a career in Retail Banking, Mortgage Lending and Consulting. He was President and CEO of a large national mortgage banking company and held senior financial and operational management positions with a large West Coast financial institution. In addition, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the liquidation of a large tax lien/tax deed business owned by MBIA.
George obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California and he holds both security, and life and health insurance licenses. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Ryan Hallihan, Rosemary Square General Manager, oversees operations and marketing for the 72-acre property. He has extensive retail management experience and was previously with Chicago-based Urban Retail Properties Company, the country’s leading third-party real estate management company. During his nine-year tenure with the company, he was general manager of the subsidiary Urban Concession Managers, LLC overseeing facilities for 117 tenants in the Chicago Park District. He also held management positions at the Stratford Square Mall and the Louis Joliet Mall, both in the greater Chicago area. Mr. Hallihan has a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
Jennifer Hampton is the owner and CEO of Superior Virtual, a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in online advertising, social media marketing, video marketing and website design. Jennifer is also the owner and CEO of The Bloom Agency, a marketing automation and innovation agency serving companies with sales teams. To date, Jennifer has been a guest speaker at more than 300 events nationally. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and is an active member of Junior League of the Palm Beaches.
Trulieve was founded in 2016 and is Florida’s first and largest Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, with 24 dispensaries spanning across Florida, from Pensacola to Miami. Hunt establishes and maintains key relationships with community groups to drive initiatives for collaboration, education and support with medical cannabis. A graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, she serves on several chamber of commerce trustee boards and young professional groups, as well as the Working Women of Tampa Bay. Hunt currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Rex Kirby is President of Verdex Construction, a company recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as Start Up Business of the Year in 2017. Prior to starting Verdex, he was President of Suffolk Construction in South Florida. He is a past Chairman of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. Rex graduated with a B.S. in engineering from the University of Florida. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors.
Don Kolodz serves as the Senior Vice President, Operations at DISCOVER THE PALM BEACHES, the official marketing organization for tourism. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder relations and integrated communications strategy. He also is responsible for the technology direction of the company. Koldoz assists the President/CEO relative to enterprise-wide strategy formulation, and legal and contractual requirements. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Coastal Car Worldwide, and currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Greg has built a program strategy focused on increasing the unfunded programs of support, additional support for marginalized individuals and communities currently less served by Hospice of Palm Beach County. The Foundation's Board of Directors is actively involved in the success and growth of the Foundation and has recently taken on the added responsibility of Hospice of Broward County Foundation as a separate funding vehicle for our Broward County expansion.
Tara McCoy is chief executive officer at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Prior to this appointment, Tara spent the last five years as a service line administrator for Tenet’s Florida Region, now part of the Coastal Division. Tara first joined Tenet from Cleveland Clinic in Weston, where she served as the administrator of physician practices and outpatient services. She also worked for HCA as the company’s East Florida Division’s director of operations improvement. Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University and her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Amanda Millman is the Director of Business Development, Palm Beach for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Amanda has been with the Memorial Healthcare System for two years and recently accepted this position spearheading the business development efforts for the hospital’s brand new 30,000 square foot outpatient specialty center opening in Fall, 2018 in Wellington. Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is one of the region’s leading pediatric hospitals. It combines advanced technology with the expertise of the largest, most diverse group of board-certified pediatric specialists in the region. A graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Rennebaum is a registered professional engineer in the states of Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. He served on the North Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Commission, and as Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem. Rennebaum currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Patrick J. Rooney Jr. is President of the Palm Beach Kennel Club. Rooney graduated from Clemson University with a BFA in Political Science, went to Villanova University School of Law for his Juris Doctor and earned his MBA from Lehigh University. Rooney serves as a Director for the APPBC, Founding Board Member for Potentia Academy, and Director for Rooney’s Golf Foundation, Inc. Patrick served in the Florida House (District 85) from 2010 to 2016. He served as Governing Board Member of South Florida Water Management District from 2007- 2010. He is a member of many organizations in Palm Beach County.

Wanda Whigham practices in the areas of project finance and development, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Ms. Whigham focuses primarily on the acquisition, development and financing of major infrastructure facilities, with an emphasis on renewable energy facilities. In addition, a portion of her practice concentrates on public finance transactions. With her experience in infrastructure development and her knowledge of public finance, Ms. Whigham assists private and public sector clients in structuring and negotiating public-private partnership arrangements.
Kathleen is a Professional Fellow with the Association of Zoo’s & Aquariums where she serves on the Business Operations Committee. She is a registered licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
Mr. Wilson most recently served as Executive Director of Relationship Management in Glenmede’s Philadelphia headquarters, where he was responsible for leading the Company’s Portfolio Management, Trust Administration, Tax, Marketing and Business Development professionals. He also served as a leading member of the Company’s Management Committee, responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategy.
