Jim Adkins is President of CEO Focus of Palm Beaches, LLC. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1981 and then went on to a long career in the Air Force as a leader, engineer, metallurgist, project/program manager, and acquisition officer. He retired from his government service in 1996. His first commercial endeavor was with General Motors/Delphi Packard-Electric and GM/Delphi Chassis as a Senior Buyer. Since 2002, Jim has gone on to successfully use his personal brand to lead, guide, improve and work in several industries including construction, lawn/termite service, fastener, automotive, electronics and jet engine businesses. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Sarah holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Stetson University. She is active in the community and has served on the Boards of The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, Leadership Palm Beach County, 211 Helpline and is past chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Dodger Arp attended Florida Atlantic University as an undergraduate and received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Nova Southeastern University.
Jason Aube is BB&T’s Market President for Palm Beach County. In 2010, he was asked to lead the newly formed South Florida Region of 70 branches as the Regional Retail Banking Manager for BB&T. In February 2013, Jason was promoted to the role of Market President for Palm Beach County. After transitioning into the role of Market President for Broward County in November 2014, he had the opportunity to return to Palm Beach County as Market President in September 2017. Jason graduated from The University of Mount Olive and has an MBA from East Carolina University. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Brady Ballard is the General Manager of the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, the future Spring Training home of the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals. Brady began his career with the Jacksonville Suns, a former AA affiliate of the LA Dodgers in group, merchandise and sponsorship sales. He served as Vice President at Historic Dodgertown from 2013-2016. Brady is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a major in Economics and earned a baseball scholarship with Big Ten academic and athletic honors.
Alan Bottorff served in the U.S. Navy during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In total, Alan has 21 years of active military service. He and his wife founded their first startup company, EMUrgent Care, located in Olney, Maryland. Upon moving to Palm Beach County, he started his own Medicare company, Admiralty Home Health Care. Currently, he is a board member for Wellington Cares and the Fundraiser Committee Chair for T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society. Alan also attends Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business for both the MBA and HSM programs. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
John J. Bowers is a Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager at TD Bank. In his position, John’s focus is supporting the financing and banking needs of Commercial and Middle-Market businesses in South Florida. A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, John is very active in his community and has served on the boards of various non-profit organizations. He currently volunteers his time at the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence and St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church. John’s professional associations include the Palm Beach Young Professionals, Young Professionals of Wellington, and the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. John serves as a Board member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
As the Executive Producer of the award-winning feature, Better Mus Come, Samantha R. Bratter was part of a team that saw this independent film win 10 official selections at international film festivals. She served as VP of Development for The Miami Foundation, the largest Philanthropic Community Foundation in South Florida. Samantha is now the Director of Client Services & Operations for BRATTER PA, an internationally recognized Immigration Law Firm. She recently served on the production team as an Executive Producer of the documentary, “The Black Line.” Samantha currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Joshua P. Bratter PA is a full service immigration law firm assisting clients from around the world in their corporate and individual immigration matters. Mr. Bratter earned his B.A. at Hamilton College and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He currently serves as the official Immigration Counsel to many companies and organizations. He has worked as a Research Assistant at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs in Washington DC and as a Law Clerk for the Under Secretary of Legal Affairs at the Organization of American States. Mr. Bratter currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
In addition to her work with First Citizens Bank, Sally has long been involved in the community volunteering for nearly thirty years. Some of the organizations she has dedicated her time to include, The March of Dimes, The D.A.R.E. program of the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and Junior Achievement.
Joe Chase is a shareholder and business and corporate attorney with the Gunster law firm. In addition to assisting clients with their day-to-day business law needs, Joe has handled numerous complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He is the chair-elect of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. He also serves on the board of governors of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and the board of directors of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches. Joe was previously with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of Harvard University and Vanderbilt University Law School. At Vanderbilt, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Joe lives in a historic home in West Palm Beach's El Cid neighborhood with his wife, Alex, and their son, Joe, Jr.
Brian T. Cheguis is Principal Planner at iPlan & Design and has worked as a land use planner in South Florida for more than 17 years. Mr. Cheguis has served as a Palm Beach County Public Art Committee Member and is currently a member of the Downtown Action Committee for the City of West Palm Beach. Volunteer commitments include serving as an active Board Member of Northwood Village Mainstreet, which is committed to advancing the success of Northwood Village in West Palm Beach. Mr. Cheguis possesses an Architectural Technology Diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Directed Interdisciplinary Studies from Carleton University.

Ellen Crane, APR, a long-time South Florida resident, oversees community relations and charitable contributions for Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), a national network of five hospitals that serves adult patients who are fighting cancer. CTCA® offers integrative cancer care to patients from around the world at hospitals in Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Tulsa. From the company’s headquarters in Boca Raton, she manages national and local partnerships with such organizations as the American Lung Association, Cancer Support Communities and the YMCA. Prior to joining CTCA, Crane was president of her own public relations consulting firm for 15 years. She has also held positions with American Airlines, ALCOA and Hill and Knowlton.
PETER L. CRUISE, Ph.D. is an Affiliate Associate Professor in the School of Public Administration and Executive Director of the FAU Public Ethics Academy. Dr. Cruise is past Chair of the American Society for Public Administration’s Section on Health and Human Services Administration. In 1995, Dr. Cruise received the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. In April 2015, Dr. Cruise was selected by the faculty the College of Design and Social Inquiry at Florida Atlantic University as a Distinguished Alumnus.
Gregory S. Daniel is a Vice President, Middle Market Banker for Mercantil Bank, N.A. He has previously served in senior capacities for Bank of America and Wells Fargo, and created several companies, orchestrated IPOs and financed projects on four continents. Mr. Daniel has been a patron of the arts and active in community affairs for the past two decades. He has served as Chairman of the Palm Beach County School District Office of Inspector General Audit Committee, member of City of West Palm Beach Independent Audit Committee, and Director of Finance for Boy Scouts of America.
Robert Fashano founded Alliance Advisory Group, Inc. in 1979. Alliance is a financial advisory company with offices in several cities in Upstate New York. Mr. Fashano is also founder of Fashano Leadership Group, LLC, a leadership development and coaching company. He is co-author of the book “The Power of Coaching” and author of the soon-to-be-released book “Lessons from the Porch.” Mr. Fashano was active in the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Trustee of Forest Lawn Cemetery and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Brian Fitzgerald founded Capital Partners in 1982, along with the participation of management and principals from companies he previously acquired. Prior to founding Capital Partners, he was a General Partner of Industrial Capital Group, a diversified acquisition and investment holding company. Before his tenure at Industrial Capital Group, he held senior positions at General Electric Co. and The Vencap Group, a corporate development and acquisition firm. Brian began his career at Kidder, Peabody as an Investment Banking Associate. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard and a B.A. from Princeton. Brian currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
C. Robin Galanti is the Director of Business Development for Moss & Associates. Ms. Galanti earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, she worked for FPL in West Palm Beach as well as Edwards & Zuck, PC and McGraw-Hill Construction in New York City. After returning to West Palm Beach, she worked for The Morganti Group before joining Moss in 2017. Jordan Goldman is the Vice President of Business Development at Castle Group. In his present role, he leads the company’s branding, marketing and growth initiatives. Jordan brings more than a decade of real estate development, construction and management experience to Castle. Prior to joining Castle Group, he held several leadership positions for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and is also a Licensed Community Association Manager.
Ryan Hallihan, CityPlace General Manager, oversees operations and marketing for the 72-acre property. He has extensive retail management experience and was previously with Chicago-based Urban Retail Properties Company, the country’s leading third-party real estate management company. During his nine-year tenure with the company, he was general manager of the subsidiary Urban Concession Managers, LLC overseeing facilities for 117 tenants in the Chicago Park District. He also held management positions at the Stratford Square Mall and the Louis Joliet Mall, both in the greater Chicago area. Mr. Hallihan has a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
Jennifer Hampton is the owner and CEO of Superior Virtual, a full service digital marketing agency specializing in website design, search engine optimization, and social media management. Jennifer, who is also an author and public speaker, specializes in inbound marketing, social media marketing and corporate training. She works with small and mid-sized companies to improve online communications through the use of web and mobile technologies to build digital relationships. To date, Jennifer has been a guest speaker at more than 300 events nationally. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
As owner of Anderson-Moore Construction and its holdings, Chris Harris is taking the company’s long-standing reputation for integrity and quality to a new level, leading his team in the application of intricate and ever-changing technology. Chris joined AMC in 2001, as a graduate of Florida State University and a licensed general contractor. He was promoted to vice president in 2007, then became a firm partner in 2011 while expanding its commercial business into the luxury real estate market, helping create its diverse portfolio that also includes light industrial, commercial, religious and specialized healthcare facilities.
Rex Kirby is President of Verdex Construction, a company recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as Start Up Business of the Year in 2017. Prior to starting Verdex, he was President of Suffolk Construction in South Florida. He is a past Chairman of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. Don Kolodz serves as the Senior Vice President, Operations at DISCOVER THE PALM BEACHES, the official marketing organization for tourism. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder relations and integrated communications strategy. He also is responsible for the technology direction of the company. Koldoz assists the President/CEO relative to enterprise-wide strategy formulation, and legal and contractual requirements. David currently serves on the Board of HomeSafe, where as Board President in 2008, David received the Pro Bono Award for Non-Profit Law from the Legal Aid Society for his work at HomeSafe with abused and neglected children.
Greg has built a program strategy focused on increasing the unfunded programs of support, additional support for marginalized individuals and communities currently less served by Hospice of Palm Beach County. The Foundation's Board of Directors is actively involved in the success and growth of the Foundation and has recently taken on the added responsibility of Hospice of Broward County Foundation as a separate funding vehicle for our Broward County expansion.
Tara McCoy is chief executive officer at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Prior to this appointment, Tara spent the last five years as a service line administrator for Tenet’s Florida Region, now part of the Coastal Division. Tara first joined Tenet from Cleveland Clinic in Weston, where she served as the administrator of physician practices and outpatient services. She also worked for HCA as the company’s East Florida Division’s director of operations improvement. Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University and her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida. Fanjing Meng is CEO of Key West Tourism, Inc. Under his leadership, his company serves as an intermediary among the Chinese government, various Chinese companies, and Palm Beach County business organizations, while fostering partnering relationships. He also has developed partnerships with prestigious local associations such as the Business Development Board (BDB), Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and Enterprise Florida. In 2016, Meng launched a new business in his hometown, Guiyang, China. Five Dimensions Investment, Inc. will assist entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses.
Amanda Millman is the Director of Business Development, Palm Beach for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Amanda has been with the Memorial Healthcare System for two years and recently accepted this position spearheading the business development efforts for the hospital’s brand new 30,000 square foot outpatient specialty center opening in Fall, 2018 in Wellington. Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is one of the region’s leading pediatric hospitals. Bill Newgent is the host and producer of City Voice podcast. A longtime resident of West Palm Beach, Bill has been a local voice for quality of life issues, smart development, equality, and social justice. Born in Washington D.C., Bill was a news/talk show producer throughout the 1990s focusing on local, national and international political news and analysis. In 1999, he formed a real estate investment and development company that focused on blighted, historic West Palm Beach neighborhoods. William N. Pike currently serves as a Director of Operations in the Pike Corporation’s Florida division. The Pike Corporation was founded by Floyd S. Pike in 1945 and provides a suite of construction and engineering services to electric and gas utilities across the nation. Mr. Pike is the first of the fourth-generation Pike family members to hold a full-time position at the company. Prior to officially joining Pike in 2017, Mr. Pike served as an Associate at Anchor Capital Management, a Raleigh-based investment management company. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Mr. Rajegowda joined Related in 2004, and manages all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development, including financial analysis, deal structuring, partner negotiations, financing, and project and asset management. His experience includes multiple mixed-use hospitality developments, including the W South Beach in Miami Beach and the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, where he directed the programming, development and grand opening of the food and beverage and retail.
Rob Rennebaum is the President of Simmons and White, Inc., a West Palm Beach engineering firm performing civil and traffic engineering services. He and his partners Tad Rowe, Greg Bolen, Kyle Duncan and their staff provide land development consulting to both private and public sector clients. A graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Rennebaum is a registered professional engineer in the states of Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. Patrick J. Rooney Jr. is President of the Palm Beach Kennel Club. Rooney graduated from Clemson University with a BFA in Political Science, went to Villanova University School of Law for his Juris Doctor and earned his MBA from Lehigh University. Under her leadership, Jupiter Medical Center launched a $300 million campaign to raise funds for world-class health care across the region. She has an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Columbia University, as well as graduate degrees from New York University and the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Liv currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
Jean A. Wihbey, Ph.D. is the Vice President of Workforce Development and Provost for Palm Beach State College’s Lake Worth campus. Dr. Wihbey is President of the PGA Corridor Association Board of Directors, a Board member of the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center Governing Board, and the Florida Association of Colleges. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University, a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in Educational Psychology.
