Andrew Aiken was named President and CEO of the Palm Beach Zoo in September of 2011. He joined the Zoo’s board of directors in 2002 and has been a leader in the Zoo’s successful expansion. As chairman of the Construction Oversight Committee, Aiken was responsible for development of exhibits including the Cornell Tropics of the Americas, Florida Reptile House, Wings Over Water, the Koala House, and the Melvin J. and Claire Levine Animal Care Complex - the first LEED Gold Certified zoo animal hospital in the nation. Passionate about conservation and the mission of the Zoo, Aiken brings organizational strength, attention to detail, and inspired leadership to the Zoo’s management team. Aiken was born and raised in New England, where he graduated from Trinity College, and later received his M.S. from the Center for Real Estate at MIT. Aiken and his family moved to Palm Beach County in 1994, where he became a principal of Renaissance Partners.

 Brady Ballard is the General Manager of the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, the future Spring Training home of the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals. Brady began his career with the Jacksonville Suns, a former AA affiliate of the LA Dodgers in group, merchandise and sponsorship sales. He served as Vice President at Historic Dodgertown from 2013-2016. Brady is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a major in Economics and earned a baseball scholarship with Big Ten academic and athletic honors.

She has significant experience defending employers with regard to claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Florida Private Whistleblower Act, as well as claims to enforce restrictive covenants in employment contracts.
