Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Service Plumber with strong sales skills to join our growing team. If you know how to educate customers, offer financing, and close the deal — this is your opportunity to take control of your income.

Our company specializes in residential plumbing service work, with a focus on leak detection, re-pipes, water filtration, and jetting. We provide the leads — you close the jobs and upsell where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly present solutions to customers

• Sell and install services such as re-pipes, water filtration, jetting, and leak detection

• Offer and explain financing options to help homeowners move forward

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance

• Use Housecall Pro to manage jobs, estimates, and invoicing

• Maintain a clean, organized company truck and track your inventory

• Follow plumbing codes, safety regulations, and job site protocols

• Communicate with dispatch and the office for efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a service plumber (2+ years preferred)

• Strong sales ability and confidence presenting to customers

• Experience with leak detection, re-pipes, jetting, and filtration systems

• Comfortable using software (experience with Housecall Pro a plus)

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $200,000.00+ per year (Base + Commission)
