Joseph Verdone has been a certified planner and government consultant with Carlton Fields for more than two decades. He has 30 years of professional land planning experience throughout Florida, representing numerous large-scale urban, mixed-use, and high-rise projects, including CityPlace DRI, CityPlace South Tower, CityPlace Office Tower, the Hilton West Palm Beach and the TRG Rybovich Marina CMPD. He has handled various Master Plan Amendments and Transfers of Development Rights approvals. Verdone has a bachelor’s from Florida A&M University and was a planner with the Palm Beach County Zoning Division from 1989-1994. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
