Originally from New York, David's passion for real estate was ignited while remodeling homes and condos from the ground up. This experience gave him a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to recognize the value in a property.

David's extensive knowledge of South Florida's various areas comes from having lived and worked in numerous locations, including Boca Raton, South Beach, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta, and New York City. This gives him a unique perspective and an insider's understanding of the market.

With his connections in the NY/CT area, David has a valuable network of colleagues and insight into who is looking to move to the area and what they are looking for. He is committed to putting his clients' needs first, developing an overall plan and timeframe upon initial meeting, and overseeing every aspect of the transaction, from listing to closing. He lives on Singer Island with his wife Denise, two children, dog, and cat. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family, coaching young athletes, golfing, and exploring the intracoastal with Denise.
