As a native of Spain, I began my culinary experience growing up in a diversity of gastronomical cultures. Aside from Madrid, I lived a good portion of my life in the islands of Ibiza where I developed a rich understanding and love for seafood and fresh ingredients, that is the cornerstone of every Paella I make. Today, after many years of refining the art of Paella cooking, I bring my dishes to your table assured that you will find the richness in traditional Mediterranean Spanish cuisine.
