Do you want to get the most from your front line leaders? Are you a front line supervisor or manager that wants to improve your knowledge skills and abilities to move on to better job opportunities?

A Gallup poll of more 1 million employed U.S. workers concluded that the No. 1 reason people quit their jobs is a bad boss or immediate supervisor. Additionally, they determined that poorly managed work groups are 50% less productive and 44 % less profitable.

Disengaged workers have 37% higher absenteeism, 49% more accidents and 60% more errors and defects.

Interestingly, less than 25% of managers and supervisors in the USA have had ANY management training whatsoever.

The knowledge and skills needed to be an effective supervisor or manager can be learned, just as technical skills are learned.
