Join The Chamber for our annual Back to School Breakfast, bringing together business and education leaders for an important conversation about the future of talent in Palm Beach County.

Superintendent Michael J. Burke will deliver his annual update on the School District of Palm Beach County, highlighting accomplishments from the past year and priorities for the 2026-2027 school year.

Following his remarks, Superintendent Burke will join a panel of leaders from higher education, workforce development, and the business community for a discussion on The Future of Talent: From Classroom to Career.

Together, they will explore how education and industry can work together to strengthen Palm Beach County's talent pipeline, prepare students for an evolving workforce, and ensure our community remains competitive in a rapidly changing economy. Topics will include workforce readiness, emerging technologies, career pathways, higher education, and the skills employers will need most in the years ahead.

Whether you are a business leader, educator, or community stakeholder, this conversation will provide valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping the future workforce of Palm Beach County.

Updated Event Registration Policy: We no longer issue refunds for event registrations. If you register for an event and are unable to attend, your payment will be recognized as support for the work of The Chamber to strengthen our business community. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization by notifying us in advance at mvargas@palmbeaches.org.
