Public Leadership Academy

For business leaders who believe they can make their community better.

The Public Leadership Academy is a nonpartisan program designed for business and community leaders who want to make a greater impact in Palm Beach County.

Whether you're considering running for office, serving on a board or commission, or simply want to better understand local government, this interactive session will provide a practical introduction to public service.

Participants will:

  • Learn how local government works.
  • Hear from respected elected and community leaders.
  • Explore the realities and responsibilities of public service.
  • Discover pathways to civic leadership, including boards, commissions, and elected office.

Whether you're exploring public service today or considering it in the future, the Public Leadership Academy will help you better understand how you can make a lasting impact on your community.
