Carnaval Palm Beaches is a signature Chamber event celebrating Hispanic business excellence, cultural influence, and economic leadership across Palm Beach County. 

Designed as an elevated and immersive experience, Carnaval brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners for an evening that reflects both the richness of Hispanic culture and the strength of our local economy. 

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated environment featuring live music, refined culinary experiences, and artistic expression, creating a setting that feels both sophisticated and vibrant. The evening is intentionally designed to be engaging and memorable, balancing elegance with energy. 

As part of the program, The Chamber will present the Avanza Business Awards, including the Business of the Year Award, presented by Gunster, and the Community Impact Leader of the Year Award, presented by Porta Potty To Go, recognizing leaders whose impact extends beyond their own success and into the broader economic and civic fabric of Palm Beach County.

Business of the Year 

Recognizes a Hispanic-owned business of any size that demonstrates excellence in growth, innovation, customer experience, and community engagement, and contributes meaningfully to the economic vitality of Palm Beach County. 

Community Impact Leader of the Year 

Recognizes an individual whose leadership, service, or philanthropy has created lasting positive impact and strengthened the broader community. 

Proceeds from Carnaval Palm Beaches will support The Chamber’s Innovation Hub, advancing mentorship, education, and resources for emerging entrepreneurs throughout Palm Beach County. 

A limited number of guest rooms are available at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach at a preferred rate for Carnaval attendees. Reservations are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional details and booking information can be provided upon registration. 

Attire: Festive Formal elegant evening wear. Color and cultural expression welcome.

Updated Event Registration Policy: We no longer issue refunds for event registrations. If you register for an event and are unable to attend, your payment will be recognized as support for the work of The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches to strengthen our business community. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization by notifying us in advance at mvargas@palmbeaches.org
