Stacy McCarthy, President, Stacy McCarthy Design 

Stacy McCarthy, CMKBD, CID, is an internationally recognized interior designer and educator who helps families redesign after fire, flood, and other life-changing events. Known as The Emergency Designer, she combines luxury design with trauma-informed strategy to create spaces that foster resilience and restoration. A former NKBA South Florida Chapter President, CEU author, and industry speaker, Stacy is dedicated to elevating the next generation of designers through leadership, mentorship, and collaboration. 


The Cost of Miscommunication: How Team Dysfunction Bleeds Profit in Real Estate

In this session, former bomb technician turned communication strategist Lisa Meade Romero reveals how everyday miscommunication quietly drains profit, slows production, and fuels agent burnout.
