Each session features expert-led instruction on essential topics like finance, marketing, operations, and legal protection, giving you the tools and knowledge to strengthen your business today and plan confidently for tomorrow. Charlotte R. Wright is a strategic community architect, executive leader, and empowerment catalyst whose work bridges faith, civic leadership, and entrepreneurial development. With a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Sociology and a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami, Charlotte combines analytical rigor with people-centered leadership to drive measurable impact across sectors. A Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and Certified Member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Charlotte is also a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County (Class of 2021) and a Certified Personal Development and Life Skills Consultant. Her professional formation reflects both operational excellence and transformational leadership—an uncommon combination that allows her to build systems while elevating people. Charlotte currently serves as Executive Pastor of Manifest Church, where she oversees strategic operations, leadership development, and organizational growth. Known for her steady execution and visionary insight, she functions as both architect and activator—ensuring that mission and movement remain aligned. Under her leadership influence, initiatives have expanded beyond the walls of the church to impact families, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities.. Across Miami, West Palm Beach, and beyond, Charlotte has served as a life coach, facilitator, trainer, community liaison, and motivational speaker. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in service, structured thinking, and generational impact. Presented by the Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative, with the support of the Avanza Palm Beaches Committee.

PARKING: Free parking is available in the Chamber parking lot. Entrance on 4th Street. Complimentary parking at the Chamber is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional paid parking is conveniently located in the adjacent Government Center lot and along nearby street parking. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Event Registration Policy:
We no longer issue refunds for event registrations. If you register for an event and are unable to attend, your payment will be recognized as support for the work of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches to strengthen our business community.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance at mcastano@palmbeaches.org
