DESCRIPTION:Back to School PBC Volunteer Opportunity In lieu of the Nonprofit & Education Committee monthly breakfast session\, we invite you to give back with us this summer through the Spirit of Giving's Back to School PBC\, a countywide volunteer effort supporting thousands of children across Palm Beach County as they prepare for the first day of school. Every August\, thousands of students begin the school year without essential items like backpacks\, school supplies\, shoes\, or hygiene products. This annual initiative helps ensure that every child can walk into school feeling prepared\, confident\, and supported. Two days to participate: Friday\, July 31: Help set-up all of the school supplies and student essentials at the Convention Center location. This volunteer opportunity is open to all ages. Saturday\, August 1\, 2026: Join with 65+ nonprofit partners to serve more than 12\,000 students across Palm Beach County. This volunteer opportunity is for adults only.
