The event will start at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception. We will recognize our outgoing Chairman Bill Bone and welcome our 2023 Chair Bob Diffenderfer.\n\n\n\nPresenting Sponsor: The BrandX Company \n\nThe BrandX Company is a real estate development company that is growing quickly. Primarily focusing on growth in the rental apartment market locally. Currently building an apartment complex in the Palm Springs area which is set to be complete early 2023. Along with a 34 unit complex that should start late 2024. They continue to grow their company by buying apartments that need to be completely rehabbed. They also are continuing to build single family homes in the palm beach area with a primary focus on the middle class family that are first time home buyers.
