Hopkins is corporate counsel for Florida Crystals. She is a licensed attorney in Florida\, New York\, and Washington\, D.C. In West Palm Beach\, where she is based\, she served on the board of directors and Executive committee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches\, is a founding board member of the South Florida Business Council\, and is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Good Samaritan Medical Center.  Evelyn is pro bono counsel for two Title 1 Charter School is in Glades.  She spends her free time mentoring young adults and enjoying her family.  Evelyn has a bachelor's degree in business from Nova Southeastern University and a law degree from Loyola University Chicago.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWomen in Business\n\nThe Women in Business Committee meets the second Thursday of the month in the Chamber Board Room at 12:00 pm.
