Ms. Bonnet was instrumental in getting the federal designation for the health center and turned the organization into a one-stop-shop for families in need\, regardless of their ability to pay.\n\n \n\nMs. Bonnet\, her board of directors\, and support staff have successfully transformed FoundCare (which started as a social service organization) into a community health center that provides comprehensive care to all people\, including the uninsured and low-income population. She expanded the organization from one to seven sites in Palm Beach County\, with the seventh location set to open in early 2021. Ms. Bonnet has played a key role in overseeing the renovations and construction of these centers. She delivers continuous revenue growth\, expanding the organization's budget from $3 Million per year to about $40 Million per year. Throughout the years\, Ms. Bonnet has raised over a million dollars in grants and donations for the organization.\n\n \n\nWith a commitment to improving access to health care\, Ms. Bonnet increased patient visits from 2\,000 to almost 19\,000 patients in 2019. She went from overseeing a staff of 50 to overseeing over 200 employees in 2021. Ms. Bonnet has also worked diligently to expand FoundCare's services\, offering key\, primary care services under one roof. Services now include adult and pediatric primary care\, behavioral health services\, chronic disease management\, women's health (including mammograms)\, dentistry\, laboratory services\, x-rays\, and an on-site pharmacy.\n\n \n\nMs. Bonnet holds an MBA from Dowling College in New York. She sits on many nonprofit and government boards in Palm Beach County\, including the Palm Beach Medical Society Service Board and formerly the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Outside the scope of her job\, Ms. Bonnet mentors female leaders and executive directors. She has been a member of The Executive Women of the Palm Beaches for many years.\n\n \n\nAround FoundCare\, Ms. Bonnet is known for her fiery personality and get it done attitude\, a commanding presence in any room she walks into. Lynda has decades of extensive experience in planning\, monitoring\, supervising\, and implementing housing and community redevelopment projects. Her expertise includes working with and providing technical assistance to Community Development Corporations (CDCs) and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).\n\n \n\nOriginally from Haiti\, Lynda speaks fluent Creole and conversational French. She moved to Miami almost 30 years ago and later relocated to Boca Raton to attend FAU.
