SUMMARY:Keiser University College of Golf “Drive for the Aquatic Center”
DESCRIPTION:The College of Golf is "chipping" in to support the fund raising efforts for the Keiser University Aquatic Center at the Flagship Campus.   They will be sponsoring 3 unique opportunities to get involved and win some great prizes.  "Golf has such an amazing reach and presents real world opportunities to engage the community and have some fun while also raising money for a facility that's rooted in a cause that will directly give back to West Palm Beach and the community" said Dr. Eric Wilson PGA Master Professional and Executive Director of Golf at Keiser University.  KU is proud to have helped and advocated for the Florida Legislature to pass Every Child a Swimmer during this past academic school year.  This bill supports water safety and swimming lessons through free and reduced rates.  This initiative allows us to demonstrate the same values we teach in the classroom and on the golf course.  How the game of golf can make an impact in so many different ways."  \n\n \n\nOur students and PGA Faculty will host a "Best Drive" and "Closest to the Pin" Competition with prize packages for the winners.  Golfers of all abilities can take their swing at a chance to be the best on our Full Swing Golf Lab Simulator!  We will also be raffling off a Mizuno ST 200 Driver and Titleist Pro V Package for one lucky winner. \n\nBest Drive (Longest and Straightest)\n\nMonday\, October 10th   Friday\, October 14th   \n\nSessions will take place:\n\n11am-1pm & 3pm-5pm\n\n \n\nClosest to the Pin\n\nMonday\, October 17th   Friday\, October 21st \n\nSessions will take place:\n\n11am-1pm & 3pm-5pm\n\n \n\nBoth events will take place at the Student Life Center\, Room 128 (Simulator Room)\n\n3 Attempts for $5.00\n\nThere will be a Male and Female category for both competitions\n\n \n\nWinners will receive a gift basket full of Keiser SWAG!!! \n\n \n\nWe will be selling raffle tickets for a Mizuno Driver ST 200 10.5  and Titleist Pro V Package in Turner at the front desk on Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday's from 10am-2pm beginning Tuesday\, October 11th   Thursday\, October 27th.  Skylar will draw the winner at noon on Friday\, October 28th!!\n\n \n\nRaffle Tickets will be sold for $5 per ticket or 6 tickets for $25!
