REGISTER HERE.\n\n\n\n**Members Only Event!**\n\n\n\nThe the Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches (YPOP) joins Leadership West Palm Beach alum for a special update on the One Flagler Project presented by Harvey Oyer. \n\n\n\nDesigned by David Childs\, the architect of One World Trade Center\, One Flagler would help answer the city's demand for premium Class A office space\, create 1\,000 local jobs\, add 1.25 acres of public greenspace along the waterfront and preserve forever the Julian Abele designed historic First Church of Christ\, Scientist. One Flagler would anchor the city proposed Okeechobee Business District which was unanimously approved by the Downtown Development Authority\, West Palm Beach Planning Board and West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee.  \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches (YPOP)\n\nYoung Professionals of the Palm Beaches (YPOP) provides a great opportunity for professionals under 40 to network and educate themselves on important issues facing the Palm Beach County area. The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches encourages YPOP members to become more involved throughout the community and serve as leaders in the area.
