She held various positions in the financial sector\, rising to a senior Vice President level\, prior to leaving the corporate world to open her own business.  Most recently\, Mary served as Executive Director of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County where she focused on building relationships in the community and forming business partnerships to support the organization.  Just prior to that\, Mary served as Director of Student Services for Keiser University's West Palm Beach Campus\, where she worked directly with graduating students to help them enter the workforce\, focusing on resume writing\, interviewing skills\, and professional dress. It was in this role that she initially connected with DFSPB\, which provided business attire to these students\, education-rich but cash-poor\, as they ventured into the world of interviewing.\n\n\n\nA native of Buffalo\, New York\, Mary lived in Lakewood\, Ohio\, for five years prior to relocating to Jupiter\, Florida in 2010. Throughout her career\, Mary has focused on building strong relationships by treating all persons with dignity and respect. Her volunteer efforts over the years have included working in food banks\, working with the addicted population\, and teaching English to speakers of other languages (ESOL)\, both in Guatemala and the United States.\n\n\n\nDonna Broder: Volunteering is not new to Donna.  She has been volunteering\, in one way or another\, since she was 12 years old.  Donna has been a volunteer for Dress For Success for 4 years.\n\nAfter graduating from Indiana University Donna began her career in retail for 20+ years.  First as a store manager at a local clothing store\, then a merchandise manager for Target\, a district manager for a large maternity international company\, and the final 7 years as a District Sales Manager and Retail Adviser for a large franchise company.  In 1996 her husband Jay and Donna dropped out of the corporate world together and started their credit card processing agency\, Card Solutions International.  After 25 years of owning and running their own business\, they are still working together in the credit card processing industry.\n\n\n\nWomen in Business\n\nThe Women in Business Committee meets the second Thursday of the month in the Chamber Board Room at 12:00 pm.
