Tournament Day Schedule of Events
7:00 A.M. Registration Opens, Continental Breakfast and Putting
8:30 A.M. Shotgun Start, Four Person Scramble
12:00 P.M. "Lunch & Awards Ceremony" immediately following tournament, which typically ends by 1:30 P.M. Guests pickup "Swag Gift Bags" & Raffle prizes at end of tournament
FOURSOMES & Individual GOLFERS
(*Please register early to reserve foursome. Event will "sell out " as it did in the past).
$1,500 : "Corporate Executive GOLF/Marketing Foursome Package - Member's Only"*
*(Price includes four individual golf carts, green fees, breakfast, lunch, snacks/beverages on course throughout golf game. Also includes one "corporate promotional tee sign with company logo", company name on sponsor board signage, pre-event, day-of-event, post-event digital marketing campaign inclusion, privilege of putting company "SWAG" item in golfer's gift bags.
$1,600: "Non-Members Golfer's Package Foursome"; (Price includes four individual golf cars, four green fees, breakfast, lunch, and snacks/beverages throughout golf game on golf course at food stations).
$400: Individual Golfer - Members' Only Rate: (Includes individual golf cart, green fees, breakfast, lunch & snacks/beverages on course throughout tournament day).
$450: Individual Golfer - Non-Member's Rate: (Includes individual golf cart, green fees, breakfast, lunch & snacks/beverages on course throughout tournament day).
$250: Individual "Tee-Signs" Sponsorship - Members' Only; Please note deadline of Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, to be included on all printed signs, program listing, and marketing materials that will be at the golf tournament event.
Online Registration for all Golfers will close on Monday June 2nd, at 5pm.
Neworking Lunch for Non-Golfers
Members: $150
Non-Members $180
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 calendar days before the event. Reservations that are cancelled prior to 7 calendar days of this event will not be charged and any amounts paid will be refunded. We can also accept "Golfer Substitutions" up to 3 business days prior to golf event day. Cancellations must be emailed to mcastano@palmbeaches.org.
