Session #2/4 for Ford Harrison 2022 Legal Seminar Series
Speakers: David Gobeo, Ari Hernandez, and Mark Fereg
In this presentation, we will discuss when and how to conduct workplace investigations following an employee's complaint. We will review how to obtain information relating to a complaint, interviewing witnesses, collecting and preserving electronic evidence, and conducting any necessary follow up. We will also discuss how to properly document the investigation, and what actions Companies can take following its conclusion.
