Description
This month's topic: Effective Workplace Investigations.
In this presentation, we will discuss the best practices for engaging in a workplace investigation of complaints of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. We will also cover issues relating to theft and fraud, as well as workplace safety. In addition, we will discuss maintaining legal privilege and creating a discoverable report.
