Effective Workplace Investigations
Presented by: FordHarrison - HR Law
In this presentation, FordHarrison will discuss the best practices for engaging in a workplace investigation of complaints of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. They will also cover issues relating to theft and fraud, as well as workplace safety. In addition, they will discuss maintaining legal privilege and creating a discoverable report.
