The fundraiser will benefit literacy programs countywide.
Hilderbrand, who will be in conversation with Susan Patterson, author and wife of James Patterson, will share stories about her beloved Nantucket novels of which The Perfect Couple, The Five-Star Weekend and The Paradise Trilogy have been optioned for TV or films. Her latest creative partnership is with her daughter, Shelby Cunningham, called The Academy, a bold shift in setting and tone delivering a dishy, page-turning novel following a cast of characters through a drama-filled year at a New England boarding school.
Tickets are available at LiteracyPBC.org for $125 and the VIP reception cost is an additional $125. The sponsors of the event include the Lillian Feder Foundation, Linda and Joel Zylstra, Priscilla Dunne, Simone Bonutti, Sandy Perl, Stephanie Kahlert and The LaFrance Project.
