Brand Manager - Mint Eco Car Wash

Mint Eco Car Wash (“Mint”) is looking to fill a newly created, mid-level management position in our fast-growing organization to manage all elements of our marketing content output with a focus on building the Mint Eco brand. As a small/growing organization, the role will require a full spectrum of responsibilities. The Brand Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
About Mint Eco Car Wash:
Mint Eco Car Wash is a local, Palm Beach County business founded in order to build a great organization focused on addressing the opportunity in the car wash industry in Southeast Florida. Mint Eco’s immediate-term strategy is to buy, build and operate a 50+ car wash portfolio primarily in Palm Beach and the surrounding counties.  Mint Eco’s development plan includes supporting the opening of 8-10 car wash locations in the next year, in addition to our existing three sites.

Our History
Mint Eco Car Wash was founded in 2019 by Geoff Jervis (20-year Wall Street/public company CFO & COO), Vic Monteleone (30-year Car Wash Industry Veteran) and Jake Menges (Former Head of Government Relations at the largest Law Firm in America). Mint Eco’s founding transaction was the purchase of two pre-existing washes in September 2019. Post renovation and rebranding, Mint Eco has seen 100%+ growth in volume of cars washes, revenue, and EBITDA. Mint Eco’s success led to the raising of capital in the fall of 2021 and again in the Winter of 2022 to build a 50+ property portfolio. In October 2021, Mint Eco purchased its third pre-existing car wash.  Today, Mint Eco has 4 development/redevelopment parcels in its portfolio and has 5 additional properties under contract. Mint Eco expects to have a portfolio of 10 – 20 properties by year-end 2023 and 50+ sites in 7 years.
The Marketing team includes: Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Sales, Brand Manager, Marketing Analyst, Community Intern, and Environmental Intern.

  • Experience creating, executing, and analyzing digital marketing objectives and campaigns, including: email marketing, social media marketing, text campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage all social media channels to engage with customers, grow brand awareness, and effectively communicate our “why” externally.
  • Familiarity with online tools and Adobe Creative Suite to create brand imagery, social content, and other promotional content including a heavy use of video.
  • Experience strategizing and maintaining an editorial calendar for publishing dates, planned content, and promotional ideas.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and stats related to open rates, click through rates, and order conversion rates to determine success of campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and flexibility, with a team player attitude.
  • Prepared for long hours and hard work in a startup environment.
  • College Degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically with content creation.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Excel, Google Suite and Adobe Suite required.
  • Experience using social media channels and websites to share content required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with extreme attention to detail and discipline.
  • Multi-site retail experience a plus.
Summary of Role:     
  • Responsible for all social media, video content, website content, copywriting, and other brand content, including multi-channel campaign support.
  • Work in close partnership with Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Analyst.
Salary: $75,000
Discretionary Performance Bonus: Target $10,000-25,000 annually
Equity: Potential for share of Management Profit Sharing Pool, subject to vesting, after several years of organizational success
