Certified Residential Appraiser

Anderson and Carr, Inc., South Florida's oldest real estate appraisal firm, is seeking a licensed and experienced residential appraiser to join our team.

We offer a diversified mix of lender and non-lender work and positive work environment. Work hours are flexible and may be remote, but work must always be turned in on time.
Requirements:

• General Certified or Residential Certified Appraiser
• Minimum of 3 years residential appraisal field experience
• Experience with form appraisal software (Total, ACI, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
