“This is a new and fun opportunity that is a terrific way to raise some much-needed funds for the children and families of Quantum House. We are grateful to Palm Beach Outlets for helping create an event our supporters can enjoy,” comments Roberta Jurney, CEO of Quantum House.

Raise the Roof Virtual 5K allows participants two weeks to complete the race. Guidelines for the online event include:

  • Each participant will have two weeks to complete their 5K (3.1 miles).
  • Participants will complete their 5K any way they see fit - bike, run, or walk in your neighborhood, in your house, or wherever makes sense for you (and is allowed by your community’s social distancing guidelines).
  • Participants will report their time and completion by tagging @QuantumHouse on social media, along with using the hashtag #5KforQHKids.
  • All participants will receive a medal, along with knowing that they helped support Quantum House families.
  • Registration is $35 per participant; all proceeds benefit Quantum House.
“We are pleased to partner with Quantum House on this virtual 5K race which raises funds for those in need in our community,” says Trina Holmsted, Marketing Director of Palm Beach Outlets.
