Tuna Tour and Carving Ceremony at Sushi by Bou in Boca Raton

Modern speakeasy-inspired omakase concept Sushi by Bou in Boca Raton recently celebrated its inaugural Tuna Tour and Carving Ceremony spotlighting celebrity chef David Bouhadana.

Showcasing chef Bouhadana’s famed carving skills, the sold-out omakase experience featured specialty sushi courses from a 200-pound tuna caught off the shores of Japan and flown in that morning. Guests were also treated to sushi pairings complemented by signature cocktails  designed specifically for the intimate culinary occasion.

The Tuna Tour will make stops at Sushi by Bou locations throughout Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.
