Boca Raton, Fla.— HomeSafe has been selected as a recipient of an inaugural grant from The Boca Raton Foundation for Charitable Giving^â, the philanthropic arm of The Boca Raton. South Florida’s iconic private club and resort has played a defining role in the community for a century, and continues to expand on that position with this funding. The grant, funded through a portion of paid room night revenue, was presented on April 28, 2026, at an Inaugural Grant Reception.

HomeSafe was among 15 South Florida nonprofits recognized in the foundation’s first-ever grant cycle, which distributed more than $150,000 to organizations working in food security, education, and the well-being of women and children across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

HomeSafe was nominated for consideration by an associate of The Boca Raton—a member of the resort’s team who put forward HomeSafe based on her direct knowledge of its work and impact.

HomeSafe was nominated by an associate who is part of our team every day and believes in this organization enough to put their name behind it. HomeSafe is a safety net and safe harbor to vulnerable children and families in South Florida, including survivors of life-altering abuse, neglect, abandonment, and domestic violence. Their programs operate on a continuum of care, serving 15,000 infants, children, young adults, and families each year, to prevent child abuse before it starts, and to provide clients with the highest level of compassionate care, so they can build a brighter path forward.
