Jon's expertise in land planning resonates with an in-depth review of long range comprehensive goals to identify opportunities for compliance, as well as consistency with Land Development Codes. His experience includes all aspects of entitlement and land use matters, such as due diligence, site analysis, master planning, comprehensive plan adoption and public representation before local government and regulatory bodies, as well as transfer of development rights and design standards. He acts as lead consultant directing all planning aspects and strategic outlining, as well as implementation of site/landscape design on a wide variety of projects throughout South Florida.
