Cathy Miron, President & CEO, Silo
Cathy built her cybersecurity and compliance expertise leading IT audits at General Electric, where she rose to become a VP and CTO — identifying technology risks, translating them into business impact, and driving remediation at scale. It's a discipline that sharpened both her technical fluency and her ability to communicate what's actually at stake. She left the Fortune 500 world with a clear mission: bring that same level of expertise to the businesses that need it most. Today, as CEO of eSilo, she works with executives across healthcare, financial services, defense, and technology — acting as a fractional CIO and CISO for organizations that need senior-level guidance without the overhead. Her focus is practical: protect the data, reduce the risk, and make compliance manageable. Outside of eSilo, Cathy is a SCORE-certified small business mentor, a South Florida Tech Hub board member, and a frequent speaker in the South Florida business community.
