Her leadership focused on strengthening infrastructure, improving mobility and transportation systems, advancing sustainable development, and leveraging partnerships to support long-term economic opportunity.
Lambert is known for her ability to bring together leaders from government, business, and the nonprofit sector to solve complex urban challenges. Throughout her career, she has championed collaborative, data-informed approaches to governance and community development—recognizing that the cities of the future must be both technologically advanced and deeply connected to the people they serve.
In addition to her public service, Lambert serves as Chief Administrative Officer of the law firm Gordon & Partners, where she oversees operations for a 130-person organization and leads initiatives focused on operational efficiency, technology integration, and organizational strategy.
Earlier in her career, Lambert served as Executive Director of Leadership Palm Beach County and later as President & CEO of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, the philanthropic partner to the nation’s 11th largest school district. In that role, she expanded public-private partnerships and launched innovative programs supporting teachers and students across the region.
Raised in a blended family with deep Hispanic roots, Lambert credits her upbringing with instilling a strong sense of service, collaboration, and civic responsibility—values that continue to shape her leadership today.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College.
